New customer site … New role Looking for an Industrial Electrician OR Mechanical Fitter with mechanical aptitude First 12 months will be 5/4 roster rotation Day and Night, (12 hour shift – 5.45 am – 5.45 pm) Then this may change to 8 hour shift – Day/Afternoon/Night – Monday to Friday with overtime offered Parking on site with paid meal breaks (shift work) Overtime available on this Customer site located at Stapylton (Gold Coast) plus other sites Be able to make decisions and work independently Lots of training provided with senior technicians with ongoing support offered Career Development - We offer a clear path for growth and upskilling – including training on PLC, Siemens S7, and SCADA. Tasks and Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: Must have Australia recognised technical qualification as Electrician or Maintenance Fitter Australian Unrestricted Electrical Licence or Restricted electrical licence Mechanical maintenance experience Solid mechanical aptitude with previous maintenance experience Safety first attitude Strong communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems, automation, or Maximo CMMS is a plus – but not essential (we’ll train you) Why Dematic?
