Deine Aufgaben: Alltagsgestaltung: Planung und Durchführung einer lebendigen Tagesstruktur - von haptisch-taktilen Angeboten über Back- und Koch-Events bis hin zu kreativen Bastelprojekten. Förderung: Gezielte Unterstützung motorischer und geistiger Fähigkeiten sowie Förderung der sozialen Teilhabe im Umfeld. Erlebnisse schaffen: Organisation und Begleitung von Ausflügen und Freizeitaktionen. Netzwerkarbeit: Professionelle Elternarbeit, enge Abstimmung mit Schulen sowie interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Pflege- und Therapeutenteams.
