Gestión de Campo: Desplegar una intensa actividad comercial en terreno, realizando visitas constantes a plantas y centros productivos de la región. Propuestas y Negociación Técnica: Diseñar y presentar propuestas comerciales-técnicas para la contratación de gases y servicios asociados, negociando precios y condiciones para maximizar el margen de gestión. Gestión Contractual: Asegurar el cumplimiento y seguimiento de los contratos vigentes, e impulsar la formalización contractual en aquellos clientes que aún no dispongan de uno. Control y Seguimiento de Activos: Supervisar la trazabilidad y permanencia de los activos de la compañía en las instalaciones de los clientes. Inteligencia de Mercado: Relevar y analizar continuamente las cuentas atendidas por la competencia para identificar oportunidades de conversión. ___________________ Are you a MATCH? Formación Académica: Graduado/a o estudiante avanzado/a en Ingeniería (Química, Industrial, Mecánica o afines), Comercialización, Administración o carreras afines. Experiencia Requerida: Experiencia sólida en ventas consultivas B2B, preferentemente en el sector industrial. Requisito Valorante: Red de contactos previa o conocimiento consolidado de clientes industriales de la región con alto consumo de gases industriales. Competencias Clave: Fuerte perfil comercial orientación a resultados (hunter). Habilidad de negociación técnica y de alto nivel. Autonomía para la gestión de rutas y visitas a planta.
