What success looks like in this role: CRM & Platform Administration Own end-to-end CRM campaign creation and execution, including automation rules that ensure accurate attribution and reliable reporting. Partner with Field Marketing to build and refine lead scoring models that prioritize high-intent buyers. Create feedback loops between Sales and Marketing to continuously sharpen lead definitions and target audiences. Reporting & Insights Deliver performance reporting across channels, campaigns, and initiatives — including targeting strategy — surfacing insights and recommendations proactively. Evaluate performance against KPIs, using analytics to uncover trends and translate them into clear, actionable takeaways for stakeholders. Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis to support evolving marketing and business needs.
