Job Description: Provide daily health care management and services for employees in MPS TW office. Essential Funcitons: Plan and consult on annual employee health checkups, provide health education for checkup reports, and handle on-site physician services. Analyze reports, track abnormalities, provide health recommendations, manage special cases, and maintain records. Plan and implement employee health management, health promotion, and hygiene guidance; organize health promotion activities and training sessions. Assist with occupational safety and health tasks, handle reports, prevent occupational diseases, and improve the work environment. Provide prevention, health consultation, first aid, and follow-up care for general and occupational injuries or illnesses. Fully implement the four main employee health protection programs. Manage lactation rooms and first aid kits. Other tasks assigned by supervisors. Qualifications: Must have a general nurse license or a senior nurse license, and have completed labor health service nursing training and qualifications. More than 1 year of experience working as a corporate nurse is preferred. Good at computer office work. Proactive, with good communication skills and a passion for service.
