Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan** * Mengoperasikan dan memantau peralatan produksi sesuai dengan instruksi kerja standar (IKS). * Melakukan pemeriksaan kualitas rutin pada produk yang dihasilkan dan mencatat hasilnya. * Mengidentifikasi dan melaporkan masalah atau malfungsi peralatan kepada supervisor. * Melakukan pemeliharaan dasar pada mesin untuk memastikan kinerja optimal. * Mematuhi semua kebijakan dan prosedur keselamatan kerja yang ditetapkan. * Menjaga area kerja tetap bersih dan teratur. * Berpartisipasi dalam pelatihan yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan. * Bekerja sama dengan tim untuk mencapai target produksi. Kualifikasi Pekerjaan** * Pendidikan minimal D3 * Pengalaman kerja di bidang produksi atau manufaktur akan menjadi nilai tambah. * Mampu mengoperasikan mesin produksi dasar. * Memiliki pemahaman dasar tentang prosedur keselamatan kerja. * Mampu bekerja dalam tim dan berkomunikasi dengan baik. * Teliti, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki inisiatif. * Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shift jika diperlukan. * Kesehatan fisik yang baik dan mampu melakukan pekerjaan yang membutuhkan kekuatan fisik.
