Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants supporting reporting technology, IT and other CSRD activities to ensure dependencies are effectively managed. Coordinate with sustainability reporting resources to align overlapping disclosures, narratives, metrics, evidence requests and timelines and minimize duplicative requests to internal stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, accounting, finance or a related discipline preferred. Strong working knowledge of CSRD and ESRS, with demonstrated experience translating regulatory requirements into actionable workplans and reporting requirements. Experience developing or coordinating narrative and quantitative sustainability disclosures. Experience supporting sustainability data validation, methodologies, data lineage, internal controls, evidence documentation and/or assurance readiness. Experience coordinating with sustainability assurance providers and supporting development of assurance-ready evidence and documentation. Experience establishing reporting governance and repeatable disclosure processes, including RACIs, reporting calendars, review workflows and approval pathways. Familiarity with sustainability reporting technology platforms; Workiva experience is strongly preferred. Excellent organizational, stakeholder-management and written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as an embedded member of a client team, create structure from ambiguity, proactively drive actions to completion and appropriately escalate material issues.
