Job Description: As a Subway Sandwich Artist, you are one of the first points of contact for our guests and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, energetic, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Sandwich Artist, you'll prepare fresh, made-to-order menu items while providing outstanding service and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment. What You'll Do Greet every guest in a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other menu items according to Subway recipes and standards. Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions about products and promotions. Deliver a positive dining experience through exceptional customer service. Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions accurately. Maintain proper food handling, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times. Restock ingredients, beverages, paper products, and supplies as needed. Follow First In, First Out (FIFO) procedures when stocking and rotating products. Monitor food quality and remove outdated or damaged products according to company procedures. Keep food preparation areas, dining rooms, restrooms, and service counters clean and organized. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Willingness to learn food preparation and safety procedures. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
