We are looking for a
Sales Manager / Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) – Switzerland (100% Remote)
Your Responsibilities
- Actively acquire and support new customers while expanding existing business relationships in the areas of electronic components, printed circuit boards, and electromechanical parts
- Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and industry events to identify new business opportunities and expand our network
- Develop customer-specific sales solutions together with our international team of technical experts
- Identify market trends and drive the expansion of our market position in Switzerland
- Take responsibility for achieving sales targets and revenue goals within your region
- Maintain and update our CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data
Your profile
- Solid experience in technical sales, ideally in the field of electronic components, printed circuit boards, or electromechanics
- Strong technical understanding and interest in innovative solutions within Energy Storage / BESS
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and persuasiveness in dealing with customers
- Independent and structured way of working with entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good command of German and English (spoken and written)
- Residence in Switzerland
