Support the culinary director to lead the food and nutrition team at a hospital. Ensure patient meals are accurate and are delivered in a timely fashion. Provide excellent customer service to ensure every patient is satisfied with their meal. Responsibilities Culinary Supervisor Wage: $18/hour Full-time positions available Day/Evening/Night shifts available Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required Location: Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center Responsibilities Supervisor team members to ensure smooth operations of the criteria, doctor’s dining, catering, and/or patient meals Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements Provide excellent customer service for all patients, staff, and visitors Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently Qualifications Must be at least 17 years old Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment Preferred: 6+ months of supervisor experience (cook, line cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, culinary operations, restaurants, supervisor, dietary department, foodservice, hourly manager, healthcare) Physical Requirements Prolonged standing and walking continuously, frequent stooping, and bending and lifting up to 50 pounds Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job Benefits We offer flexible schedules, excellent training, competitive wages, work-life balance, job satisfaction, and promotion opportunities.
