Job Description To manage a team of sales consultants within the FNB Insurance space ensuring that set targets are achieved. Achieve expected financial targets and uphold associated service levels. Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work-related resources. Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships. Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialisation. Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards. Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making. Achieve sales and new client acquisition targets to contribute to profit and growth of business. Identify and utilise opportunities to assess and improve own performance. Manage team performance in the area of responsibility. Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity within own team.
