Primary responsibilities include: Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials. Transport subassembly and raw materials to the warehouse for storage. Organize the warehouse for optimal performance. Maintain first in/first out (FIFO) material rotation system. Create/Receive Standard Transfer Orders (STO’s). Ensure the safe and efficient transportation of goods throughout the facility. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts, reporting any issues to management. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Assist in inventory management by accurately documenting material movement. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and delivery of materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area. · Be punctual, professional, and follow safety policies and procedures on the job. · Other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate should possess the following: · High School Diploma or Equivalent · Minimum 1 years’ experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. · Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. · Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. · For safety and business purposes, must have communication skills including reading, writing and must be able to communicate to others as well as be able to receive communication from others. · Proficient in the safe operation of various types of warehouse equipment such as stretch wrap machines, etc. What We Offer You We believe that by continuously improving the quality of our benefits, we can help to raise the quality of life for our team members and their families.
