As the first point of contact, you will represent both our business and our clients, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, professional, and seamless.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and creating exceptional first impressions
- Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries efficiently
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing rooms as required
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Supporting administrative tasks and office coordination
- Maintaining a professional, organised, and safe reception area
What We’re Looking For
- Previous receptionist or front-of-house experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and confident manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
- A proactive, service-driven mindset
