Role Overview:
As a Senior Executive, you will own the day-to-day running of programmatic OOH campaigns, from setup to final report. You will be the person the team trusts to get the details right, keep campaigns on track and spot opportunities to grow them. You will report to the account manager, working closely with our account, trading and product teams. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple markets, clients and platforms.
What you do:
Run campaigns
Set up programmatic campaigns in DSPs and our proprietary platform, using the right targeting for each client goal
Monitor pacing and performance, optimise as needed and fix common issues independently
Make sure campaigns are reconciled accurately in our finance systems each month
Report and tell the story
Build weekly, monthly and end-of-campaign reports against client KPIs
Look beyond the headline numbers and explain what the data means for the client
Grow the business
Help respond to client briefs, showing how billups can meet their goals
Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and find ways to improve margin
Build case studies and keep the pipeline up to date
Shape our supply
Help choose media owners and set pricing and volumes, working with our Trading team
What we're looking for
1 to 3 years of experience in programmatic, digital media or OOH
Hands-on experience with at least one DSP (ideal, but we will train the right person)
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and comfort working with data
Interest in how AI tools can make everyday work faster
