WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM: Education Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Design, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience No professional experience required—we're looking for potential, not a resume. Relevant coursework, projects, clubs, or prior internships are a plus. Skills Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Solid communication and collaboration skills. Comfort working with ambiguity and figuring things out along the way.
