As an IT Operations Engineer, you’ll help ensure stability, security, and performance—while driving automation and continuous improvement in a modern engineering environment. Role summary You will manage infrastructure and operating environments, respond to incidents, and improve system reliability through automation. This role blends hands-on engineering with operational ownership, giving you exposure to cloud, containers, and enterprise-scale platforms. Your focus will include: Managing Linux and Windows environments Supporting virtualized and containerized platforms Monitoring system performance and resolving incidents Automating repetitive operational tasks Improving reliability, availability, and scalability About the team You will join a globally connected operations environment supporting both Wholesale and Retail Banking services. The team works across infrastructure, platforms, and applications—collaborating closely with engineering, security, and architecture teams. Required skills We’re looking for engineers who are curious, proactive, and comfortable working across technologies.
