- Lead project planning, scheduling, and team coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and coordinate construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Provide technical leadership and support to project teams, ensuring high-quality design and documentation.
- Perform building code analysis and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality control reviews of internal and consultant deliverables.
- Coordinate construction administration activities, including submittal reviews, RFIs, site observations, and inspections.
- Support business development efforts through client presentations, proposals, and relationship building.
- Maintain organized project records and stay current on building codes, industry standards, and best practices.
- Civil Engineering Degree.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience.
- Can manage a staff.
- Proficient in reading and interpretation of construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of CAD programs.
