HSSE Safety Shift Manager The HSSE Safety Shift Manager plays a key role in the tactical execution of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) requirements across terminal operations. This position is responsible for identifying risks, responding to incidents, supporting compliance processes, monitoring data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the operation. Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Science, STEM, Environmental Management, Sustainability, or a related discipline Up to 3 years of experience in Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) Strong written communication and reporting skills Experience developing presentations and analyzing data Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and databases Knowledge of HSSE regulations and management practices is highly desirable Lean-minded: we are looking for someone who brings a strong mindset of continuous improvement, someone who is naturally curious, committed to solving problems at the root, and driven to make things better every day. Working Environment Terminal operations run 24/7. This role generally supports a 40-hour work week within assigned shift schedules and may require participation in on-call support, emergency response activities, and periodic weekend or off-hours work.
