About this opportunity This is a high-profile opportunity to build how Lloyds Banking Group presents itself to mortgage brokers during a pivotal time for our Homes business. As Halifax Intermediaries transitions to Lloyds Intermediaries, you’ll lead the intermediary marketing efforts, driving broker consideration and advocacy while propelling commercial growth across the channel. Build comprehensive marketing strategies across brand, proposition, product, and broker communications. By integrating audience insights, channel strategy, and creativity, campaigns will be implemented across trade media, LinkedIn, email, web, events, partnerships, and content. Performance insights and broker feedback will be used to continually improve results. As a key connector among Brands, Marketing & Experience, Intermediaries, agency partners, trade media, and wider business collaborators, the role translates complex changes, market dynamics, and business priorities into clear, engaging broker-facing activities. Leading a team of three, the position sets direction, improves capabilities, and develops conditions for high-quality intermediary marketing execution at pace. Why join us We’re investing billions in our people, places and tech to change the way we meet the needs of our 28 million customers. We’re growing, and we’d love you to be part of the journey. What you'll need B2B Marketing Experience: Proven B2B marketing experience is essential for this role. You’ll have experience developing and delivering marketing strategies for business, professional or intermediary audiences. Experience within financial services, mortgages or intermediary marketing would be advantageous, but is not essential. Marketing Strategy & Planning: Proven experience in developing and delivering coordinated marketing strategies and plans, using audience and market insights to align activities with business priorities. Multichannel Marketing: Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage connected campaigns across various channels, bringing to bear performance feedback to refine activities and drive commercial outcomes. Managing Key Relationships: Outstanding skills in relationship management, demonstrated by successfully aligning senior colleagues, cross-functional teams, and external partners toward collective goals. Brand Strategy & Brand Management: Expertise in translating brand strategy into clear, coherent audience activities, particularly in scenarios involving brand, proposition, or customer experience changes. Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work across organizational lines and with external partners to transform complex priorities into high-quality marketing activities. Content Build: Ability to transform complex product, regulatory, technology, or commercial information into clear, relevant content for the intended audience. And any experience of this would be really useful Marketing Performance Analysis: Applying campaign performance data and audience feedback to find opportunities and improve marketing efficiency. External Communications & Public Relations: Experience working with external media, publishers, or communication partners to deliver audience-facing activities. Event Management: Experience using events as part of a coordinated audience engagement strategy. This is a place for you...
