Investigate and resolve complex master data issues, conduct root cause analyses, and implement effective Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. Design, develop, and enhance technical solutions for reporting, analytics, data visualization, and data quality management. Support major business rollouts by executing master data activities, including large-scale data migrations and mass data uploads. Manage and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure efficiency and reliability. What we are looking for: A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong knowledge of data structures, databases, and master data concepts. A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to drive better outcomes. Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in an international, multicultural team. Working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous Fluency in English and working proficiency in German.
