Descrição Sumária Nós estamos buscando por um Analista de Custo III para unidade de Varzea Paulista. Requisitos: Superior completo: Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Administração ou Engenharia de Produção Inglês intermediário. Conhecimento de avaliação de estoques e provisões; Conhecimentos em Pacote Office, desejável Excel intermediário; Conhecimento em SAP; Responsabilidades e Atribuições: Executar o fechamento de custos dentro do calendário corporativo: rateios, preço real das atividades, WIP, variâncias e liquidação de ordens. Rodar o Material Ledger e conciliar custos entre CO x FI e com os saldos de estoque. Conduzir a rodada anual de custo padrão e validar com Engenharia e PCP listas técnicas, roteiros, tempos e taxas de atividade. Elaborar o planejamento de custos dos centros de custo e as tarifas planejadas das atividades. Simular custos futuros para orçamento e forecast (matéria-prima, câmbio, volume e mix) e acompanhar planejado versus real das ordens durante a execução. Manter modelos de formação de preço com impacto tributário, incluindo a transição da Reforma Tributária. Analisar margens por produto, cliente e linha de negócio, apoiar o comercial em cotações e reportar desvios e resultados à gestão local e à matriz. Participar de projetos de melhoria e redução de custo, quantificando os impactos. Avaliar estoques (obsolescência e provisões), dar suporte às auditorias e cumprir as políticas e valores do Grupo KSB.
