We are hiring a Pharmacist for our Residential Care Division, based out of our Script Care Central Fill Pharmacy in Burnaby, BC. You will be responsible for: Providing pharmaceutical services to patients in continuing care facilities. Ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures. Participating in the dispensing and checking of prescriptions. Supervising pharmacy assistants and registered pharmacy technicians as required. Participating in the on-call rotation for after-hours consultation to our contracted homes. Providing medical information and counselling to patients, care providers, and other healthcare professionals. Remaining current on latest trends in the pharmacy industry. You have: A BC Pharmacist licence and are in good standing with the BC College of Pharmacists. A minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience; experience in long term care or working in a specialty pharmacy is an asset. Your injection certification. Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll. Completion of OAT-CAMPP training or the P-OAT Training Program. Strong communication and time management skills.
