Part-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Selector Distribution Center Address: 504 Advantage Ave, Aberdeen, MD 21001 Starting Hourly Rate $21.95 (Plus $1.00 shift differential) with an increase to $22.39 at 6 months. The hourly max rate is $26.34. (All employees start out at the minimum rate) Freezer Differential $0.80/HR Eligible to earn an hourly incentive based on performance Incentive after training can be from $2.17-$7.50/HR) Base pay and incentives are paid on a weekly basis Work Schedule: 2 days per week either between Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Selecting is hard work, so we’ll pay you a starting wage that scales with production and efficiency- the better you perform, the more you earn.
