The Fleet Manager has ownership of the account’s profitability through the day to day operations, which include driver management, load planning, and all customer service functions needed to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Daily load and route planning Dispatching trucks to designated locations in a timely manner Communicating with Customer daily by phone and email Scheduling inbound and outbound freight Monitoring DOT Hours of service Qualifications: Must have at least 2 years experience dispatching truck drivers in a Dedicated or Truckload environment.
