- Have 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (Product Manager, Product Owner, System Analyst, Software Analyst, etc.).
- Possess an Advanced level of English, both written and spoken, to communicate confidently and effectively with licensees.
- Have strong expertise in business and system analysis of complex software systems.
- Have experience working with multiple corporate stakeholders through remote communication channels.
- Understand web and messaging protocols and common web data formats, including HTTP, TCP/IP, WebSockets, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
- Use API investigation and documentation tools such as Postman and Swagger.
- Have practical experience using browser DevTools.
- Are familiar with UX/UI and visualization tools such as Figma, Miro, and Lucidchart.
- Have hands-on experience creating BPMN and UML diagrams and working with wireframes, sequence diagrams, and activity diagrams.
- Bring strong facilitation skills to guide discussions and align diverse viewpoints.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and systems-thinking skills to navigate complexity.
- Are detail-oriented and have strong communication skills that foster productive collaboration.
- Demonstrate sound decision-making skills and a strong sense of responsibility in fast-moving environments.
