Rotork is offering an exciting 18-month Apprentice Field Service Engineer Programme based in Shah Alam, Selangor. This apprenticeship combines hands-on experience with structured learning, giving you the opportunity to build technical skills and start a rewarding engineering career.
About the Role
As an Apprentice Field Service Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers, learning how to maintain, repair, test and commission Rotork's industry-leading products.
You'll gain experience across workshop, manufacturing and field service environments while developing the skills needed for a successful career in engineering.
What You'll Do
- Assist with maintenance, repair and testing activities.
- Learn to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
- Support workshop and field service operations.
- Follow safety and quality procedures.
- Complete apprenticeship learning activities and assessments.
- Work with experienced engineers on real customer applications.

- A final-year Diploma/degree student or recent Diploma/degree graduate in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Passionate about engineering and technology.
- Eager to learn and develop new skills.
- A strong team player with good communication skills.
- Interested in hands-on, practical work.

Qualifications & Technical Knowledge
- Currently completing (or recently completed and ready for an internship and career):
- Diploma/Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
- No experience needed — we provide full training
