Work Location: In person ; Caribou Coffee, Maple Grove Warehouse 10900 Fountains Drive, Suite 150 Maple Grove, MN 55369 Shift Available: First shift position (Monday - Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm). Position Overview: Responsible to accurately process orders using RF system. Maintain set work standard for picking orders. Identify product and correct unit of measure. Understand all safety procedures and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Core Responsibilities: Accurately fill orders for stores and commercial accounts, ensuring that all available items ordered/requested are supplied and properly packed to prevent damage.   Use computer software and Radio Frequency (RF) systems to issue, receive, pick and transfer product to maintain accurate inventory.  Fill out manifest and bill of ladings for tracking of shipments as required.  Responsible for completing required training, understanding, and complying with all Food Safety and related programs.  Maintain set work standards for picking orders.  Safely operate and utilize manual and power equipment.  Identify and select product and correct unit of measure.  Understand all safety procedures and maintain a safe, clean work environment.   Compliance with all Government Regulatory requirements.  Other Warehouse activities as assigned.  Maintain satisfactory attendance.  Compliance with all Government Regulatory requirements.  Skills and Requirements: Brings the Core Values to life in all that you do: Support One Another, Make Fun Happen, Be Yourself, Take Ownership, Serve With Love. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Preferred: At least 1 year of general warehouse experience. Physical Requirements: The physical requirements for this position include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements must be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodation.
