Start your marketing career where you'll actually run campaigns, not just watch them.
Enghouse Vidyo is a pioneer in video communications, with more than 170 patents behind the technology used by healthcare, government and enterprise teams around the world. We're looking for a curious, creative graduate in Winnipeg to join our demand generation team on a 12-month contract. This isn't a coffee-and-spreadsheets role. From your first month you'll help plan, launch and measure real campaigns across North America. You’ll report to the Director of Demand Generation, get regular coaching, and work with sales, product, and marketing teams in Canada, the US, and Europe.
What you'll do
- Create short-form video and social content that gets noticed. We're a video company, so we want our marketing to show it
- Build and send email campaigns, help run webinars, and create online content that gets people talking
- Launch paid search, display and remarketing campaigns, then test what works and do more of it
- Help plan and run trade shows and events, from the stand to the follow-up
- Help keep prospects and customers engaged with nurture programs
- Dig into the numbers, turn them into clear updates for the team, and suggest what to try next
- Keep an eye on competitors and share what you spot
What we'll teach you
You don't need to know these on day one. We'll train you, and you'll get hands-on with the same tools used by top B2B marketing teams:
- Marketo: marketing automation and email
- Salesforce: how marketing turns into pipeline and revenue
- Google Ads and Google Analytics: paid media and performance tracking
- Event marketing: running a B2B event from start to finish
- Campaign strategy: how a campaign goes from an idea to results you can measure
You'll do well here if you…
- Have a degree in marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Have 0–1 years of experience. Internships, co-ops, student societies and side projects all count
- Like making video, whether that's TikTok, Reels, YouTube or content for a club or your own channel. Polished or scrappy, we want to see it
- Love learning new tools and figuring out how things work
- Write clearly and enjoy creating content
- Like seeing the numbers behind what you do
- Take initiative, stay organized, and don't mind rolling up your sleeves
Bonus points (not required)
- Experience with editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva or DaVinci Resolve
- Any exposure to Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads or WordPress
