A bit about your role As the Executive Manager, Disruption Management, you will lead nbn’s approach to navigating uncertainty and responding effectively to disruptive events and crises. You will guide the design, development, delivery and assurance of nbn’s Disruption Management Framework, bringing together the organisation’s Crisis Management and Emergency Management systems to strengthen enterprise-wide preparedness and resilience. Working collaboratively with executives, senior leaders, business units and external stakeholders, you will build trusted partnerships and support coordinated decision-making during high-impact events. Application Process You may find that your experience does not match every requirement listed but, if this role has piqued your interest or resonates with where you are in your career, we encourage you to apply rather than self-select out.
