ポジション概要 APチームリーダーは、購買申請から支払までの一連のプロセス（Procure to Pay）の運営責任者として、サプライヤー登録、購買申請、発注書管理、請求書処理、従業員立替経費精算、支払業務等を統括します。チームマネジメントを通じて業務品質・効率化を推進するとともに、社内関係部門および海外チームとの円滑なコミュニケーションを図り、適切な内部統制の維持と業務改善をリードします。主な業務内容 1. P2P業務統括・購買・支払業務全般の管理および運営・請求書処理および支払業務の適切な実施・従業員立替経費精算のレビューおよび承認・仕入先マスタ管理および登録プロセスの管理・支払スケジュールの管理およびキャッシュフローへの対応・P2Pに関連する月次・四半期・年次決算の業務の実施 2. チームマネジメント・APチーム（正社員2名および派遣社員4名）の業務管理・指導・育成・業務分担の最適化およびリソース管理・チームメンバーへの継続的なコーチングおよびサポート 3. コンプライアンス・内部統制・社内規程および承認権限規程に基づく業務運営・支払関連リスクの管理および不正防止・内部監査対応および必要資料の準備・業務手順書の整備および更新 4. ステークホルダーマネジメント・事業部門、財務部門との連携・国内外の仕入先からの問い合わせ対応・海外のファイナンスチームとの協業・業務上の課題やエスカレーション案件への対応 5. 業務改善・システム活用・ERP（Oracle）システムを活用した業務効率化の推進・業務プロセスの標準化および改善活動の実施・システム導入や業務変革プロジェクトへの参画必須要件・AP（買掛金計上・支払業務）における実務経験5年以上・チーム運営または業務リーダーとしての経験5年以上（正式な管理職経験・人事評価経験は不問）・社内各部署と円滑に連携・調整できる高度な日本語コミュニケーション能力・ERPシステム（SAP、Oracle等）のハンズオンでの利用経験、および基本的な仕組み・業務フローへの理解・Excel中級以上（基本的な関数やピボットテーブルを用いたデータ集計ができるレベル）・英語でのメール対応およびオンライン会議での業務上のコミュニケーション能力歓迎要件・業務改善プロジェクトやシステム導入プロジェクトへの参画経験・Power BI等のレポーティングツール利用経験・日商簿記2級以上または会計・経理関連資格求める人物像・オーナーシップを持ち主体的に課題解決を推進できる方・チームメンバーの育成に意欲を持てる方・業務改善や効率化に積極的に取り組める方・多様な関係者と協力しながら成果を創出できる方・変化の多い環境に柔軟に対応できる方 We know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
