We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Marketing Intern to join our team in Vietnam. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry, with a key focus on supporting product strategy, market and competitor analysis, and the execution of marketing initiatives. The intern will work closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to understand market dynamics, generate meaningful insights, and support product initiatives that contribute to brand performance and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of product and brand strategies. Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to generate business insights. Assist in preparing marketing materials, product campaigns, and promotional initiatives. Monitor product performance and support the preparation of business reports and presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Commercial Excellence. Support field-force activities and collect feedback to improve product performance and customer engagement. Participate in commercial projects and take ownership of assigned tasks under the guidance of the Product Manager. Minimum Requirements Final-year student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related discipline. Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent. Able to commit to at least 3 working days per week for 6 months. Strong interest in developing a career in pharmaceutical marketing, product management, or commercial functions. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn information into actionable insights. Strong communication and presentation skills. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Proactive, curious, willing to learn, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned projects. Able to work effectively with different stakeholders in a collaborative environment. What You Will Learn Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical product and brand management. Exposure to the key responsibilities of a Junior Product Manager. Practical experience in market analysis, brand planning, campaign execution, and business performance tracking.
