Based in Opera (MI) or working remotely, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding sales across a range of industries including Food & Beverage and Pharma. Your responsibilities Area of competence: North West plus Tuscany and Sardegna Customers profiles: End Users, Distributors, Installers Industries: Food & Beverage and Pharma Organize, plan, manage and grow the sales of compressed air purification system products:, Compressed Air purification, Sterile Air, Steam and Liquid filtration Optimize sales and profit consistent with company policy and long-term objectives Solve customer needs with technical driven solutions Handle technical enquiries for the entire products portfolio and services Utilize current Donaldson network to open new business opportunities CRM management for assigned accounts Minimum Qualifications Technical Degree in Mechanics or Chemistry or equivalent through experience Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in Compressed Air and Process Filtration, Familiar with organizing visits to customers (most of the time dedicated to meet customers) Flexibility to travel to ensure local presence and follow-up Commercial and sales driven. Ability to “open doors” and generate new business/opportunities Self-starter, able to drive and develop opportunities, team player but also able to work independently Strong communication skills in Italian and English. Preferred qualifications Knowledge of,compressed air and gas purification is an asset; liquid, sterile air knowledge is still welcome Compensation The annual salary range for this position is €51.200–€68,300 + bonus. Actual salary will depend on relevant experience, training, education and other applicable factors.
