Preschool Assistant Teacher – Ages 3–6

Our Hawthorne Primary Community serves children ages 3–6, providing a beautiful, hands-on learning environment where children are encouraged to explore, make choices, develop practical life skills, build friendships, and become increasingly independent. Our Hawthorne Community serves 24 children with 2 teachers: 1 Lead Guide and 1 Assistant Teacher.
We are looking for caring and dedicated Preschool Assistant Teachers who:
- Have experience or a strong desire to work with preschool-aged children
- Are eager to learn and grow as educators
- Thrive in a collaborative, supportive teaching team
- Want to explore Montessori education and philosophy
- Enjoy hands-on learning experiences like gardening, cooking, art, practical life, science, and STEM activities with children
