Your ability to provide key insight to our business will help drive revenue & EBITDA growth What you’ll do as a Senior Business Partner, Finance: • Partner with business leaders to provide strategic financial analysis that supports decision-making, identifies growth opportunities, strengthens targeted marketing initiatives, monitors competitive trends, and drives cross-selling opportunities. • Support the development of new products, services, and commercial offerings through business case analysis, financial modelling, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. • Lead the annual budgeting process, five-year planning cycle, and ongoing forecasting activities to support business objectives and long-term growth. • Challenge, influence, and support business leaders in developing robust financial assumptions, while ensuring a clear understanding of the impact of key business drivers and centrally determined assumptions. • Evaluate business performance against strategic objectives and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and overall financial performance. • Develop a deep understanding of business operations to identify key performance drivers and deliver meaningful financial and operational analytics. • Monitor and analyze critical performance metrics including Revenue, EBITDA, ROCE, Utilization, Sets on Hire, OPEX, and other key operational and financial KPIs to drive informed decision-making and accountability. You are: • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a similar analytical role, with a proven ability to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders across the business. • Strong expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, trend analysis, and the development of financial and operational models that support strategic decision-making. • Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, high-volume environments, with the ability to manage priorities independently and deliver results with minimal supervision. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and technical concepts into meaningful business insights for diverse audiences. • Hands-on experience with Infor ERP, financial consolidation systems, and Power BI. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, including financial analysis, data modeling, and executive-level presentations.
