Job Description 职位职责：熟悉仓库内的操作流程，并能针对流程的缺陷提出合理化建议；事后跟进，出现问题后，找出原因，提供具体补救措施；监督员工做好班组5S工作，以保持工作场所整洁、有序；不断加强质量、安全意识，提升工作技能，提高工作效率；协调内部沟通渠道，与协作各方充分交流，改善工作氛围；对工作过程中发生的异常情况及时向上级报告；紧急情况时能够操作叉车进行货物的装卸、存储；完成上级安排的其它工作。职位要求：中专及以上学历，持有叉车证；熟练驾驶前移式叉车&前移式叉车；至少2年以上的仓库工作经验；仓库的各个区域的工作经验；熟练的Excel, Word操作技能及基本的PPT ,Outlook ,Teams技能；熟练掌握5Why,鱼骨图,A3报告; 熟练操作仓库SAP各项功能； Posting Dates: October 30, 2026 - November 29, 2026 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
