The driving force behind our success has always been the people of AspenTech. What drives us, is our aspiration, our desire and ambition to keep pushing the envelope, overcoming any hurdle, challenging the status quo to continually find a better way. You will experience these qualities of passion, pride and aspiration in many ways — from a rich set of career development programs to support of community service projects to social events that foster fun and relationship building across our global community. The Role We are seeking a Regional Revenue Operations Director to help accelerate predictable, sustainable growth across the region. In this highly visible leadership role, you will partner with regional executives and global stakeholders to align sales, marketing, and customer success operations; strengthen planning and forecasting; and scale the processes, insights, and tools that enable our teams to perform at their best. You will translate data into action, bring consistency to the revenue engine, and lead a regional Revenue Operations team focused on execution, adoption, and continuous improvement. As a strategic partner to the business, you will connect regional priorities with enterprise goals and help leaders make informed decisions about growth, customer engagement, and resource allocation. Your Impact Shape regional strategy: Partner with regional executive leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, annual revenue plans, and priorities aligned with company goals. Strengthen the revenue engine: Lead end-to-end process improvement across the customer lifecycle, remove operational bottlenecks, standardize best practices, and improve productivity from lead to cash. Lead planning and forecasting: Own regional forecasting methodology, territory planning, account assignment, pipeline governance, and performance reviews to deliver accurate and actionable growth projections. Turn data into insight: Establish meaningful performance measures and scalable reporting that provide visibility into pipeline velocity, conversion, retention, and other critical revenue indicators. Guide business decisions: Use data and financial analysis to identify trends, assess opportunities, and recommend actions related to targeting, investment, resource allocation, and growth. Drive sales discipline and adoption: Champion consistent use of sales methodology, processes, systems, and tools while reinforcing financial controls, governance, data quality, and accountability. Build and develop the team: Lead the regional Revenue Operations organization, establish clear roles and expectations, strengthen capabilities across process, systems, and analytics, and support ongoing career development. Enable change: Lead change initiatives across the revenue organization, develop practical training and communications, engage stakeholders, and measure adoption and compliance. What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred. 10+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related strategic function, including significant people leadership experience. Demonstrated success connecting operational execution to business outcomes and developing long-term plans, roadmaps, and scalable operating practices. Strong business and financial acumen, including experience with forecasting, performance management, financial modeling, and return-on-investment analysis. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear recommendations. Experience designing and improving processes across marketing, sales, and customer success, with a strong understanding of the customer journey, revenue metrics, and SaaS or services business models. Advanced knowledge of CRM, sales engagement, reporting, and data visualization platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, Tableau, and Power BI; familiarity with SQL is beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Proven ability to lead through influence, build high-performing teams, navigate change, and manage complex cross-functional stakeholder relationships. Excellent executive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and conversational English. #LI-BC1 The salary range for this role is $191,300.00 - $239,100.00.
