General Responsibilities : 1. Review the calculation of employee overtime payments based on attendance data. 2. Ensuring Employee Contracts and expiry date date monitored Up date and coordination with recruitment. 3. Ensure the attendance of employees in accordance with the applicable provisions and prepare the Letter of SP (letter of warning) to employees who perform disciplinary action with correspondence. Calling for employees who are absent / defaulted in accordance with applicable provisions. 4. Support the EHFS Section in the case of Jamsostek claims especially against Work Accidents, according to the procedures applicable in jamsostek. 5. Make the administration of both correspondence to the PT. Jamsostek and hospitals. 6. Perform Process Administration Program SHOP (Mobile Mobile ownership program). 7. Support the recruitment and training programs held by Personnel. 8. Men-support Payroll in terms of completeness of the Administration of employees, especially Non-Staff. 9. Ensure employees have received jamsostek especially on Employee Operations (Non Staff) in coordination with the Payroll. 10. Collecting Data Personnel conducted bi-weekly and monthly in relation to activities Personnel (Recruitment, Training, Employee Service) and do the document storage. 11. Responsible for ensuring all reporting and administration documents are accurate, neatly arranged, accessible and confidential. 12. Implementing the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC) in the case of Personnel data completeness. 13. Perform other work according to the orders of the boss who is still within the scope of corporate interests, especially the scope of HRGA. 14. Responsible to Section Head Personnel. 15. Create monthly activity / work report on HR Admin process and send it to Section Head Personnel 16.
