Experience with at least one relevant APM tool, such as CA APM, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace, or a log-analysis and monitoring tool such as Splunk; proficiency in every listed product is not required. Ability to interpret response-time percentiles, throughput, error rates, concurrency, and resource utilization, and relate test results to agreed NFRs. Working knowledge of a relevant scripting language and basic operating-system, network, and database performance concepts. Strong analytical problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. Preferred Skills Exposure to Java-based application diagnostics, cloud-based applications, or distributed services. Experience with additional load-testing tools relevant to the application landscape. Exposure to Git, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), and performance-testing or reporting automation. Familiarity with project lifecycles, incident, change, and problem-management processes, and service-level agreements (SLAs), in support of testing and defect investigation.
