The role involves leading multidisciplinary design teams, providing technical direction, and managing project budgets, resources, quality, and delivery. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Civil 3D, OpenRoads, MX and AutoCAD, with strong knowledge of international highway standards and excellent stakeholder-management skills.
