Unterstützung des Renewal-Geschäfts (Cross-/Upselling). Eigenständig Betreuung der Kunden – Anbahnung, Verhandlung, Vertragsabschluss. Entwicklung von Services Pipelines gemeinsam mit dem Account Team. Unterstützung in übergreifenden Bereichen TS/Consulting, HW, SW/Lizenzen. Vorgaben für Servicekalkulationen im Rahmen der Angebotserstellung im Rahmen von Ausschreibungen. Vorbereitung und Unterstützung von Service- und Commercial-Freigaben. Eigenständiges Erstellen von Servicekonzepten und Servicekalkulationen. Das bringst Du mit: Eine technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung. Erfahrung im Bereich Service Management. Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung im Bereich Service Management. ITIL Zertifizierung wünschenswert, aber nicht Voraussetzung. Strukturiertes Vorgehen verbunden mit einer sehr sorgfältigen, genauen und ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise. Verhandlungsgeschick und eine hohe Termintreue. Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1 level - sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ein must have.
