- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new customer opportunities through proactive sales activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales, preferably with exposure to the Sumatera market.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong strategic planning and business development capabilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
