Chatbase is the AI agent platform that 10,000+ businesses use to talk to their customers, from fast-growing startups to global brands like Dolby, Roche, Pearson, Bridgestone and Chuck E. Cheese. Our agents resolve millions of conversations across support, sales and operations.
We launched in 2023 and we're profitable.

This is the moment. The product is working, customers keep finding new ways to use it, and we're growing fast. Most of our biggest growth levers haven't been pulled yet. The people who join now will build the teams, playbooks and products that make Chatbase many times bigger than it is today, and they'll share in that upside.

The role
You'll build our partnerships function from zero, from our startup program to integrations, marketplaces and channel partners. You'll work directly with our CEO and our Head of GTM.
What you'll own
→ Our startup program, end to end.
→ Integrations, plugins and marketplaces: app stores, integration directories and the partners behind them.
→ Channel, agency, white-label and reseller partnerships.
→ Co-selling with partners, and the revenue it drives.
You might be a fit if
→ 3+ years building partnerships, ecosystem or channel programs at a SaaS company.
→ You've launched a program from zero and can point to the revenue it drove.
→ You're comfortable owning a revenue number.

What it takes
We work in person, five days a week. We move fast and hold a high bar. If you want the steepest learning curve of your career and a stake in the outcome, you'll fit right in.
Pay & logistics
→ Base salary in Toronto: CAD $120,000–$165,000.
→ Base salary in San Francisco: USD $145,000–$200,000.
→ Equity.
→ Toronto or San Francisco, in person five days a week.
→ We don't use AI to screen, assess or select applicants. A person on our team reviews every application.
