Com sede em Poços de Caldas/MG reportando-se ao Coordenador de Logística, você será responsável por prestar informações necessárias à tomada de decisão sobre operações logísticas, se relacionar com toda área de logística, transportadoras, financeiro, fiscal e compras. Você será responsável por: Atender solicitações internas e externas relacionadas a estoque, pedidos e movimentação de materiais; Registrar divergências, avarias e comunicar áreas de Compras, Qualidade ou Supervisor; Monitorar entradas, saídas, transferências, cortes e consumos de materiais e cabos; Realizar apontamentos de estoque em sistema para manter acuracidade e rastreabilidade; Apoiar inventários rotativos e inventário geral, preparando relatórios e identificando inconsistências; Emitir relatórios de estoque diário, semanal ou mensal conforme demanda; Emitir ordens de separação e listas de picking para a equipe operacional; Auxiliar no rastreamento de bobinas e cabos específicos quando necessário; Emitir notas fiscais de saída de venda, tranferências, industrialização, remessa para teste e romaneios de carga; Organizar agenda de carregamentos e descargas, evitando conflitos nas docas e pátios; Emitir etiquetas, relatórios e documentos operacionais; Acompanhar movimentações críticas ou itens especiais junto à equipe operacional; Acompanhar e executar todo processo de venda de sucata desde a ordem de venda até a nota fiscal.
