AirView) to efficiently manage patients to maintain therapy treatment. Delivery of clear and professional communication to patients that requires assistance in their therapy treatment. Treat all patients with high level of empathy, respect and friendliness Maintaining high standard of customer service, accuracy and consistency to deliver best in class patient care Accurately guide and educate customer on our products, services and related information. Report patient compliance information accurately and timely to key stakeholders. Constantly innovate and recommend solutions to support patient adherence to treatment and to minimise drop-off rate. When required, any additional responsibilities that are related to managing patient care. Let’s talk Qualifications and Experience Tertiary education Excellent written and verbal communication skills dealing with general public Previous experience in a patient care service role in healthcare industry or related industry Possess capability to navigate and use of digital technology and software Intermediate to Advance in MS Office Experience in monitoring via data analysis and attention to details through analysis of data Work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility in relation to hours of work, overtime availability etc to ensure service delivery to customers.
