Job Description Create PR/GR using SAP system. Process invoice payments. Financial Data Management - Ensuring accurate/up-to-date financial data entries. Work with various senior managers on budget planning, forecasting and to monitor utilization of OPEX budget and Capex budget. Prepare monthly financial performance, utilization trends, key risks and forecast financial dashboard reports. Work closely with Business Finance, Group Finance, Procurement, Technology managers and operational teams on budgeting, procurement, reporting and governance matters. Ensure compliance with Group Finance policies, procurement policies and financial controls. Other Finance related ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Finance Lead. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance/ Business Management or related field. Preferably 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a Finance Institution, Audit or Consultancy firm. Strong Excel skills (Advance formulas, pivot tables, power query, building of reporting dashboard). Strong in data analysis using excel. Good knowledge in using M365, a good grasp of Outlook, Excel, SharePoint. Excellent internal communications, written and verbal communication skills. Possesses strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Strong Attention to details. Understand the importance of data discipline. Able to handle confidential data in a professional manner. Good experience in managing/responsible/implementing business process improvement. Have working experience and advance understanding of SAP system (PEMS) would be a plus. Good knowledge in Power Point and have prior experience in preparing PPT slides for reporting purpose. Knowledge in Power BI will be a plus.
