As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to: Support client engagements related to accounting, financial reporting, and finance transformations. Participate in projects involving process improvement, internal controls, and reporting enhancements. Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing financial and business information to support client engagements and advisory projects. Perform basic analyses and reconciliations, prepare supporting documentation and research on accounting or business topics, helping the team in the preparation of client deliverables; Adhere to internal risk management, quality, and compliance procedures. Keep up to date with developments in your area of specialism. Communicate confidently in a clear, concise, and articulate manner. Share and collaborate effectively with others. Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.
