Drive project execution and continuous improvement, applying structured project management methodologies such as PMBOK, SAFe, Agile, or equivalent to resolve challenges and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, delegate responsibilities, and foster an inclusive environment that promotes accountability, knowledge sharing, and effective communication. Engage customers and internal and external stakeholders to align expectations, incorporate feedback, maintain project documentation, and deliver innovative solutions that create measurable business value. Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement skills, with knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMP/PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile. You're the right fit if: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management, or a related field. 4+ years of working experience in R&D project management, successfully leading small- to medium-scale projects and initiatives. Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and cross-functional teams using a structured project management approach. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in (WA) is $118,000 to $182,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.     In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
