This role will provide automation system support and expertise to enable our manufacturing division in the reliable and compliant supply of quality vaccine products to customers and patients across the globe. Key responsibilities: Troubleshoot challenging equipment/automation issues and innovate to improve manufacturing performance Maintain the automation systems in compliance with cGMPs through the life cycle of the equipment (initial qualification through retirement) Design and implement automation strategies and solutions to improve processes and reduce costs Build relationships with functional counterparts and stakeholders in the business to proactively identify and resolve technical issues Implement, maintain and ensure compliance with SOPs and technical documentation e.g. Change Management, System Problem Management, System Performance Monitoring Responsible for supporting a culture of continuous improvement within Automation on initiatives such as problem solving, standardization, reduced cycle time, Lean process principles Required Education, Experience and Skills: BS in Engineering, Computer Science or related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience OR 4 years of relevant industry experience Strong technical writing capabilities. The salary range for the primary location of this role is: $87,300.00 - $137,400.00 This range reflects the Company's reasonable expectation of the base salary applicable to this role at the time of posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
