Director of Radiology, Product Marketing.

LEADERSHIPSALES & MARKETING

About Aidoc

Aidoc is the market leader in healthcare AI and has developed the world's largest clinical frontier model, supporting nearly 50 million patients each year.
Aidoc is deployed in more than 2,000 medical centers worldwide. Since our founding in 2016, Aidoc has raised over $500 million and achieved a record number of FDA-cleared solutions.

Medical diagnosis is hitting a breaking point, where the number of physicians hasn't kept up with the rapidly growing patient load. This leads to misdiagnosis and treatment delays that result in hundreds of thousands of deaths every year. Aidoc assists clinicians by precisely highlighting diseases directly on medical images, preventing misdiagnosis and ensuring that urgent patients receive the immediate attention they need.

About this role

AI is changing what’s possible in radiology. You’ll help define how radiologists and radiology leaders understand that change, and why they choose Aidoc.

As our Director of Radiology Product Marketing, you will own the market strategy, positioning and go-to-market execution for our Radiology business, spanning established diagnostic AI solutions and emerging capabilities in comprehensive interpretation and AI-generated reporting.

This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who already understands radiology workflows, imaging technology and how departments evaluate and adopt new solutions. You will combine that expertise with customer insight, competitive strategy and strong storytelling to strengthen our business today and shape how we bring the next generation of AI to market.

Working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing, you will turn market understanding into product recommendations, differentiated positioning and effective commercial execution.

Responsibilities

  • Radiology positioning and messaging: Own the value proposition and differentiation for Aidoc’s Radiology offering. Translate diagnostic capabilities, workflow innovation and emerging AI-generated interpretation into clear clinical and operational value.
  • Customer and workflow insight: Build firsthand understanding through customer visits, reading-room observation and field engagement. Identify unmet needs, adoption barriers and changing priorities, and use those insights to inform product and go-to-market decisions.
  • Competitive strategy: Track competing solutions, workflow approaches, clinical evidence and regulatory status. Turn that understanding into sharper positioning, commercial guidance and product recommendations.
  • Product partnership: Work with Product Management as capabilities develop to assess customer need, workflow fit, differentiation and commercial potential. Bring an independent market perspective, challenge assumptions and help identify evidence needed to support adoption.
  • Launch and go-to-market leadership: Lead segmentation, messaging and launch strategy for new Radiology solutions. Partner with Marketing, Sales and Enablement on market preparation, customer engagement and commercial readiness.
  • Storytelling and commercial materials: Personally develop presentations, messaging, talk tracks and competitive tools. Equip commercial teams with clear narratives and supporting evidence for customer discussions.
  • Customer and clinical leader engagement: Build trusted relationships with radiologists, department leaders and key opinion leaders. Participate in strategic customer conversations, support competitive deals and represent Aidoc at industry events.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product marketing, product strategy or relevant commercial experience, with significant experience in radiology, imaging informatics, clinical AI, PACS, reporting or medical imaging software.
  • Deep understanding of radiology workflows, department priorities, imaging technology environments and technology buying decisions.
  • Strong product marketing expertise across positioning, messaging, customer discovery, competitive strategy and launches.
  • Technical fluency and curiosity, with the ability to understand imaging AI, foundation models, generative capabilities and workflow technology, and translate them into meaningful customer value.
  • A track record of turning direct customer engagement and competitive insight into product recommendations and commercial action.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling and presentation skills, including hands-on development of messaging, customer presentations and sales materials.
  • Strong strategic judgment and customer-facing credibility. Able to form an independent point of view, challenge assumptions and influence Product, commercial and executive stakeholders.
  • Independent and hands-on, comfortable moving from strategic thinking to detailed execution.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare market and willingness to travel regularly for customer and field engagement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
