Job Details: SUMMARY: This position provides outstanding customer service and administrative support to internal and external job applicants, the Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners, with a focus on professional-level recruiting. The individual in this role acts as a key partner to an assigned Talent Acquisition Lead, supporting end-to-end recruiting for professional openings across a variety of functions and locations and helping the team achieve department goals and metrics through operational excellence. Responsibilities Include: Own interview scheduling for professional-level candidates, coordinating calendars across hiring managers, interview panels, and candidates to ensure a smooth and timely process. Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process, providing responsive candidate support, communicating next steps, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Facilitate background checks and additional post-offer actions as required for the role. Initiate relocation for new hires, aligned with company policy. Take on other duties as assigned that are related to the talent acquisition process. REQUIREMENTS: Education and/or Experience: Associate or Bachelors degree in HR or related field - OR - 1 year of HR related experience, administrative experience, or event planning related experience. Computer Skills: Strong computer skills. Use of an applicant tracking system preferred. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills. Hours: This is a Part-Time Seasonal position (30 hours per week for an estimated 18 weeks).
